These Terms of Use govern your access to the Second Prime website and services. By using the site or enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
What we provide
Second Prime provides health and performance coaching, data interpretation, and program coordination. Where testing or any prescribed therapy is involved, it is ordered and overseen by a licensed clinician through our medical partner.
Not medical advice
The website content and the coaching we provide are for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Second Prime coaches are not acting as your physician, and using the site or program does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Second Prime. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you read or hear from us. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use our services.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information, including relevant medical history.
- Follow the guidance of your own physician and any supervising clinician.
- Use the site and program lawfully and not misuse or disrupt them.
Fees and payment
Program fees, billing cadence, and terms are set out in your enrollment agreement. Fees are due as described there, and specific refund terms, if any, are governed by that agreement.
Results are not guaranteed
Health outcomes depend on many factors, including your biology and how consistently you follow the plan. Any results referenced on this site are individual and are not typical or guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Second Prime name and marks are owned by Second Prime and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
Third-party services
We may link to or rely on third-party services, such as labs, scheduling, or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Prime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
